Regarding HAPPYELL’s online waiting reception, if you do not show up by the closing time, your reservation will be canceled. If you are waiting for more than two people, such as family members, you will need to make a reservation for each person. If you do not show up 30 minutes after being called by email, your reservation will be canceled. However, if there is no waiting, please come by 18:00, when reception closes. Depending on the store’s congestion, reception may end earlier than usual. *Please note that reservations are not required.

HAPPYELLオンライン順番待ち受付受付につきましては、受付終了時間までにお見えにならない場合はキャンセル扱いとさせて頂きます。ご家族など2名以上の順番受付をされる場合は、それぞれ受付が必要です。メールでのお呼び出しから30分過ぎてもお見えにならない場合は、キャンセル扱いとさせて頂きます。但し、待ちが無い場合は受付終了時間の18:00までにお越しください。店舗の混み状況によっては受付が通常時間よりも早く終わる場合がございます。※予約制ではございませんのでご注意ください。
